BHC Team Cleans Up The Cultural Trail
Indianapolis, Indiana – July 29, 2017
On Saturday, July 29th, a group of BHC employees and their families helped clean up the Indianapolis Cultural Trail as part of an Environmental Wellness initiative. Not only is BHC a leader in developing environmentally safe products, but we are dedicated to being a good neighbor, leaving the community better than we found it.
The Indianapolis Cultural Trail is 8-mile urban bike and pedestrian path located in downtown Indianapolis, which relies on volunteers to help upkeep the trail in order for it to continue to exist as a world-class public space. The Cultural Trail was built using funds from large public and private collaboration with partnerships from Central Indiana Community Foundation, the City of Indianapolis and several not-for-profit organizations devoted to building a better city. It is managed by a local nonprofit, Indianapolis Cultural Trial, Inc. (ICT, Inc.). ICT, Inc. works to manage, grow and improve the trail, but they rely on volunteers to help clean and upkeep the trail in order for it to continue to exist as a world-class public space for residents and visitors to connect with each other, culture, art, and healthy living.
