Business Development Manager – Healthcare

Indianapolis, IN

Plans, organizes and controls product line from conceptual stages through product life cycle to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives.   Develops product line by conducting market research and identifying potential complimentary products. Generates product requirements and determines specifications, production timetables, pricing and time-integrated plans for product introduction.  Works closely with key BHC team members to ensure the timely completion of business agreements, developments and sales planning activities.

Key Account Program Specialist

Seattle, WA / Portland, OR

BHC has openings for Key Account Program Specialists to provide on-site regular, periodic professional technical service to established retail chain store locations.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with store management, contractors and in-house janitorial personnel ensuring that the Company is represented with professionalism while fulfilling store needs for product, product application, training, and problem analysis and resolution. Monitors and reports product consumption, competence of janitorial crew, status of business relationships, maintenance problems and corrective action taken, competitor activities and opportunities to introduce new products.   You will be the liaison between customers and BHC.

Human Resource Generalist

Indianapolis, IN

Supports the Human Resources Department in a variety of detail oriented functions of a highly confidential nature to coordinate and administer human resource related programs and projects. Under the direction of Human Resources Director, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee development, administrative processing of new hires and terminations, maintaining personnel records, HRIS and human resource files ensuring up-to-date accuracy, assists with recruiting by coordinating pre-employment processes, and general support.  Other duties, special projects and assignments as assigned.

Area Sales Manager

Multiple Locations Including:

  • Minneapolis, MN

Generates sales growth by establishing goals and budgets and implementing BHC’s strategic initiatives in distribution, end user accounts and new product/programs.  Commits to excellence in product knowledge and continued awareness of competitive positioning to BHC products. Responsibilities include prospecting, ascertaining customer needs, negotiating contracts, generating new sales, servicing existing customers, demonstrating product applications and representing BHC as a simpler solution.
