The Human Resources Generalist is responsible (directly or through direct reports) for the execution of HR-related duties on a professional level. The HR Generalist works closely with senior management to design, administer, coordinate, and evaluate HR practices and programs that support the corporate objectives. The position’s responsibilities include the following functional areas: compensation, benefits, employee relations, contract labor relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, employment law compliance, succession planning and management development. The HR Generalist is the content expert for BHC and is expected to acquire, maintain and expand knowledge and competency in the HR field.
