New cleaning technology provides exceptional cleaning from light oil to heavy carbon, with long tank life and simplified tank maintenance. AquaVantage® 3887 GD is highly effective when used in in-line or cabinet spray wash and highly turbulated cleaning systems.

AquaVantage® 3887 GD can also be used in immersion washers and ultrasonic tanks, providing a water-break-free surface.

AquaVantage® 3887 GD Cleaning Ranges

Always follow directions and information directly on the product label before use.

Cleaning Ranges For Spray Wash Systems

  • System: Spray Wash Systems (Batch or Continuous)
  • Dilution Rate: 3-10%, typically used at 4%. Minimum recommended concentration for cleaning aluminum is 5%.
  • Temperature: 120-180°F (49-82°C); typically used at 140-150°F (60-66°C)
  • Cleaning Duration: 1-30 minutes; typically parts are clean in 1-5 minutes.

Cleaning Ranges For Immersion Parts Washers

  • System: Immersion with Significant Agitation
  • Dilution Rate: 3-20%, typically used at 5-10%. Minimum recommended concentration for cleaning aluminum is 5%.
  • Temperature: 120-180°F (49-82°C); typically used at 140-150°F (60-66°C)
  • Cleaning Duration: 1-30 minutes; typically parts are clean in 1-5 minutes.
